It's funny because I was also in Hartford this weekend, and I always seem to gain weight when I'm with the boyfriend and his family, so I'm especially thrilled with this loss!

I'm bloated as hell and have the worst cramps of my life. And have since Monday, so life has been fabulous lately, haha. I've been eating well and gaining weight and I have no clue why, but I'm trying to just stay positive and such.
I went to bodypump Monday night and Tuesday came and I was 1 lbs heavier, so... yeah.
Freaking ridiculous. I meant to go run last night, but never got around it after working, but I'm ditching hanging out with a friend right now to go for a run. I'm working 4-11:30, so I don't have any other time to move/exercise :/

I had a bit of a gain the past couple weeks... was back up at 155 lbs on Saturday... and suddenly, I dropped back to the 140's :) I figure it's a combination of not sleeping enough (working 65 hours a week), TOM, upping my weight training, and just getting used to a different eating environment.
But I'm lifting about 30 lbs for the 60-minute body pump class about 3 times a week and I feel great... I've never felt as sexy as when I'm lifting in that class :)
